Candor buys liver, has it encapsulated in the UK, and sells it. We do not own cattle, we do not farm, we do not audit farms, and we do not set farm protocol. Naming the company the liver came from is the closest thing to proof we can give you.
New Zealand law prohibits added growth hormones in cattle and restricts routine antibiotic use. That is true of New Zealand beef generally, and it is one of the reasons we buy there. It is not a thing we do.
Candor Nutrition was incorporated in January 2026. We are at the start, and we would rather say so than imply a heritage we do not have.
